Analyst – Rotational Leadership Development Program
The Rotational Leadership Development Program is designed for recent graduates who are interested in talent, leadership, and private equity and who want exposure to all parts of a growing, fast-paced talent management firm.

The Position
The rotational leadership development program gives the opportunity to deep dive into specific service offerings and functions. Structured as a year-long program, you will rotate through the following areas of the business: executive search, data analysis, and membership platform management. Daily responsibilities will vary, but may include:
- Researching trends in private equity and talent acquisition
- Drafting and editing technical guides, articles, and blog posts
- Researching relevant industries, target companies, and candidates
- Utilizing industry databases, such as LinkedIn, Capital IQ, and Pitchbook
- Conducting the initial screening of executive candidate resumes and backgrounds
- Contributing to operational improvement initiatives
- Serving on strategic problem evaluation committees
- Analyzing economic datasets to determine industry trends
- Identifying ways to quantitatively assess and better understand private equity leadership potential
- Assisting in the management and maintenance of Falcon’s internal database
