Analyst, Executive Search
Location: Remote
Analysts are critical to the success of all aspects of the business and make a meaningful impact on the Falcon’s operations, direction, and strategic planning. In this role, Analysts have the chance to take on meaningful projects that contribute directly to the firm’s future and to work independently on a variety of different tasks that directly impact the success of our company and the private equity-backed businesses we serve.
Summer Internship
Location: Remote
Interns will function as members of existing executive search teams and will be tasked with projects and deliverables critical to the success of these engagements. Successful interns may be offered a full-time position at the firm. We are currently recruiting for summer 2025 full-time interns to support on-going search engagements with some of the top lower middle market private equity firms.
Part-Time Internship
Location: Remote
We believe the best way for anyone to learn is to get hands on and dive into the work. That’s why we assign our interns to projects and teams across the entire business. This structure allows you to build foundational skills for a professional setting – everything from structuring an Outlook inbox to giving a presentation to company leadership – while also helping you learn more about the type of role or industry you might pursue after graduation.
